James Ritchie - Director of Youth Development & U13 Girls Head Coach
James is fast becoming one of the best known coaches in the Northwest. A First-team assistant to Peter Fewing, he balances his time between coaching the pro-players and organising sessions for the youth across the peninsula. Ritchie brings an unrivalled passion for the game and is a leading coach at home and abroad. It is James goal to offer kids a professional environment to learn in, combining technical drills and sessions with enjoyable game based activities.

Tony Kerr - Academy Director & U17 Boys Head Coach
Tony combines his passion for playing the game with coaching up and coming talent all over the world. A versatile player who shares his playing time between forward and midfield, he’s considered one of the top up and coming coaches in the North West. Kerr has experience of Academy programs in England and will bring invaluable knowledge and experience to the Pro-Youth set-up.
Tony is an FA Qualified Level 2 Coach and has worked with young players at Portsmouth FC, PTUSA in Massachussets and England Beach Soccer. |

Will ’Bill’ Sturgess - Academy Coach & U17 Boys Assistant Coach
Will has had first hand experience of Academy programs with professional teams in England. Having come through the ranks at AFC Bournemouth, it is his aim to pass on some of the knowledge he gained working with some of the best coaches in England just a few years ago. Bill will work closely with Tony Kerr in an attempt to make the U17 as strong as possible and improve each players technical and tactical knowledge in Soccer.

Dustyn Brim - Academy Goalkeeping Coach
Dustyn posted incredible statistics in his first professional playing season for the Kitsap Pumas and is now widely recognised as being one of the best up and coming goalkeepers in the United States. Brim shares his time playing with coaching and is a highly talented goalkeeping coach, possessing the ability to work with big groups whilst still having the ability to work one on one with any level of player.
